Usually charging between 5% and 15% of the total project cost, they will organize trades, deliveries, labour, waste disposal, labour hire licenses and deal with ongoing matters for the duration of the project, offering schedules , liaising between client and contractor, and ensuring smooth running of day to day activities.

General building

September 2008 saw the joining of an experienced all round general builder to the team. This means we have been able to widen the in-house services we can offer.

Working closely with a well known and highly respected building company, we can also offer every aspect of building and construction from replacement windows and door installations, new kitchens and bathrooms to new roofs, ceramic and marble tiling and custom manufactured wardrobes and bedroom furniture, which has proven to compliment our business and allow us to offer a full building service.

We also offer experience in loft conversions, extensions and alteration works to tie in with our plastering and screeding services. Our plastering work ranges from minor chase repairs, usually working behind electricians following new installation works, to new build commercial or residential properties.

We can offer certified services such as electrical installations, plumbing services including gas installations, and all local authority requirements with documentary certificates supplied upon completion of works.
